Shipping policy

Dispatch
- All orders are printed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST are processed the same day; orders after that are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time (India)
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Other locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines are estimates. Peak seasons (festive sales, weekends around a drop) may add 1–2 days.

Tracking
- A tracking ID is sent via email and WhatsApp/SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
- You can track your order in real time using the link in that message.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999: flat ₹50 shipping fee for standard.

- Orders below ₹999: flat ₹30 shipping fee for economy.

 

Cash on Delivery
- COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000.
- COD orders are verified via WhatsApp before dispatch. If we cannot confirm the order within 24 hours, it may be cancelled.

Pincode Availability
- We deliver to most pincodes across India. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be informed at checkout or by our team.
